While there are some similarities
between Builders and Dealers, their relationships with
homebuyers are distinctly different.
A Builder typically enters into a direct contractual
agreement with a homebuyer, agreeing to build a given
design to a set of specifications for an established
price and completion date, followed by a warranty period.
A Dealer typically has similar
knowledge to that of a Builder, but does not engage
a homebuyer in a contractual relationship as a Builder
does. Smart Start Building Systems Dealers act (on
a independently owned and operated basis) to counsel
and assist Owner -Builders in the ordering process
of materials and services, which Smart Start Building
Systems supplies directly to Owner – Builders,
per their chosen design, specifications and options.
Smart Start Building Systems supplies Dealers an array
of sales and marketing material, plus online ordering
capabilities, to assist in this process.
Additionally, Dealers may
assist Owner – Builders
in discussing land acquisition, financing, scheduling
and subcontractor selection, depending upon the needs
involved in each transaction.
Smart Start Building Systems
presents periodic “Get
Acquainted” seminars for prospective Dealers.
Dealers have an array of beneficial materials to facilitate
the homebuilding process from start to finish.
